2008 Forest Hills Club Fee Schedule

(YOU MAY ONLY USE ONE SPECIAL PER VISIT)

Summer Only Membership: This is a non-voting membership with unlimited use of the facilities from Memorial Day through Labor Day. $400. This does not include any camping fees (Note: Site license holders must hold a full membership).

Free day drawing: Forest Hills will be giving away a free day each month of the season. All paid guests will fill out an entry to go in a fish bowl in the office, The drawing will take place the last day of May, June, July and August. The free day must be used during the 2008 season.

Discounted Rate for all 20-30 year olds - Show your driver's license and get 30% off grounds fees and camping fees all season long.

Wacky Wednesdays - 50% off grounds fees once a month on the last Wednesday. (May 28, June 25, July 30, Aug 27, Sept 24)

Holiday Weekend Camping Specials -

    Memorial Day and Labor Day (5/30-6/2 & 8/29-9/1) - Check in on Friday night and stay through Monday. All day Monday included.

    July 4th (on Friday) - Check in on Thursday and stay through Sunday (7/3-7/6) All day Sunday included.

    Camping and grounds fees: Tent or Pop-up: $82.50. Larger RV: $127.50. (NOTE: YOU MUST PURCHASE THE ENTIRE PACKAGE FOR THESE RATES TO APPLY.)

Cabin Special: Rent the cabin and stay for the entire weekend. (Friday and Saturday nights) $125. Grounds fees are included. (NOT available on holiday weekends)

Per request of our guests: FHC Punch card system - Buy a card for $140 and receive 5 visits to Forest Hills. Just show your license and have your card punched. No waiting. Cards will be available in the office after May 1st.

Kitchen Hours: To be determined for 2008.

Daily Grounds Use Fees:

Family, couple, or single                $35 per day
AANR or TNS Members             $28 per day
After 6:00 PM                              $20.00
After 6:00 PM (when you pay camping and next day's grounds fees at the time of registration).                                                     $15.00.

Camping Fees:

Visitors:
Tents and pop-ups                   $12 per night
                                                $60 per week
                                                $288 per month

RV's and Travel Trailers           $20 per night
                                                $100 per week
                                                $480 per month

Members (non-metered sites):
Tents and pop-ups                    $10 per night
                                                 $50 per week
                                                 $240 per month

RV's and Travel Trailers            $15 per night
                                                  $75 per week
                                                  $360 per month

Members (metered sites)    $60 per month plus electricity
                                                $400 per year plus electricity

Rental Cabin:                              $35 per night
                                                  $45 per night on
                                                           holiday week ends
                                                    $200 per week

Note: Grounds fees are charged in full regardless of length of stay. Non-members under the age of 18 will not be admitted to the grounds unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Non-member minors may be admitted when accompanied by a club member if they present verifiable written permission from a parent or legal guardian (we really do verify such permissions). All fees are subject to change without notice.

Membership Fees:

Family Membership Dues             $575 per year
Single Membership Dues              $535 per year

In addition to annual dues, our members are currently paying $60 semi-annual as a capital improvement assessment, and owners of site licenses (lifetime leases) pay an annual $250 assessment.
