(YOU MAY ONLY USE ONE SPECIAL PER VISIT)
Forest Hills attempts to have staff in the office during the most frequently
used times. We ask that non-members arrive during regular business hours (see
below)
Summer Pass
- $450 includes unlimited use of the facilities from Memorial Day through
Labor Day. This does not include any camping fees. Lots may be rented by
holders of a summer pass at the daily or monthly rate only paid in advance.
Free day drawing:
Forest Hills will be giving away a free day each month of the season. All paid
guests will fill out an entry to go in a fish bowl in the office, The drawing
will take place the last day of May, June, July and August. The free day must
be used during the 2010 season. One win per person.
Discounted Rate for all 20-30 year olds
- Show your driver's license and get 30% off grounds fees all
season long. (This offer good on grounds fees only and cannot be combined with
any other special)
Holiday Weekend Specials
- Check in anytime Friday and stay through Monday. Friday & Monday grounds
fees included.
Camping and grounds fees: Tent or Pop-up: $125. Large RV $150. (NOTE: YOU MUST
PURCHASE THE ENTIRE PACKAGE FOR THESE RATES TO APPLY.)
Cabin Special
- Rent the cabin and stay for the entire weekend. (Friday and Saturday nights)
$140. Grounds fees are included. (NOT available on holiday weekends)
FHC Punch card system - Buy a card for $140 and receive 5 visits to
Forest Hills. Just show your license and have your card punched. No waiting.
Cards will be available in the office after May 1st. This card is good for the
entire 2010 season.

Daily
Grounds Use Fees:
Family, couple, or single $35 per day
AANR or TNS Members $28 per day (for family, couple or single)
Camping Fees:
Tents and pop-ups $15 per night
$90 per week
RV's and Travel Trailers $25 per night
$150 per week
Metered Sites – Members only $200 per month plus electricity
$400 per season plus electricity
(includes winter storage)
Rental
Cabins:
$40 per night
$50 per night on
holiday weekends
$240 per week
Please note:
No pets allowed in the rental cabins except service dogs.
Check-out time for the cabins is 11
AM. You must vacate the cabin by 11AM unless paying for another night. Grounds
fees paid for the day entitles you to use of the facilities, but not the cabin.
This enables us to clean it for the next party.

Note:
Grounds fees are charged in full regardless of length of stay. Non-members
under the age of 18 will not be admitted to the grounds unless accompanied by
a parent or legal guardian. Non-member minors may be admitted when accompanied
by a club member if they present verifiable written permission from a parent
or legal guardian (we really do verify such permissions). All fees are subject
to change without notice.
Membership
Fees:
Family Membership Dues $585 per year (includes couple and all
minor children)
Single
Membership Dues $540 per year*
In addition to annual dues, our members are currently paying $120 annually as
a capital improvement assessment, and owners of site licenses (lifetime
leases) pay an annual $250 assessment in addition to that.

*Our singles
memberships are based on a ratio - please check with a board member to see if
any openings are available. Singles are welcome to visit as guests anytime
without being a member.
